Safety First

In order to keep everybody safe and the studio Covid secure, there have been quite a few changes. This means that the studio experience may be somewhat different to what you may be used to if you have visited before, but these changes are what will keep all of us safe.

What I am asking of all clients:

  • Please remove and leave shoes outside or by the door depending on the weather.
  • I may be leaving the outside door open for the duration of your stay, weather and temperature dependant.
  • Anti-bacterialising your hands upon arrival and throughout your stay (this will be provided).
  • Please scan/check in using the NHS Covid19 Track & Trace App.
  • Please wear a mask when inside the studio.
  • No more than two adults from the same household are to attend.
  • If sibling photos are required, it is preferable that they only stay for the duration of their photographs being taken and alternative childcare is arranged for the remainder of your session.
  • I will only be able to provide bottled water. If required, please bring your own refreshments to last the duration of your stay.
  • To limit as much contact as possible, bank transfer or online payment is preferable.
  • If you begin to display any symptoms in the 14 days before your appointment, it can not go ahead. Please contact me to rearrange.

I also will be doing the following:

  • Taking a home Coronavirus Test every morning.
  • Rearranging appointments if I become unwell or test positive for the virus.
  • Washing my hands thoroughly before entering the studio.
  • Only booking in one photography session on any day.
  • Thoroughly cleaning and anti-bacterialising the studio after every appointment.
  • Keeping 2m distance at all times unless absolutely necessary.
  • Wearing a mask at any time in the studio.
  • Wearing gloves when handing your newborn baby.
  • Providing and using 70% alcohol antibacterial hand gel in the studio. I will use this before touching Baby and throughout the session.
  • Minimising all items that clients come into contact with and removing all but essential items from the studio.
  • Having throws to cover the sofa that are removed and washed after each client’s appointment.
  • All items that come into contact with a client or baby will be thoroughly washed or quarantined for a minimum of 72 hours if not washable.

Do you want to book a session?

If you would like to book in for a session, you can view more information and my prices for newborn photography here.

Due to me spacing out sessions, my availability is now even more limited than it was before.

The next few months are already looking extremely busy and I completely understand that not everybody realises the best time to book your Newborn Photography session is around the time of your 20 week scan.

I hate having to tell people I’m fully booked, so if you would love some natural & timeless photos of your newborn baby, please get in touch to see if I still have availability for your due date.

I would absolutely love to meet you and your precious new arrival 💕

Thank you

Finally, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all of my clients, old and new, for all of your understanding and support during this time.

It really has been so difficult and filled with plenty of stress and worry, but you have all made it bearable and I appreciate you all so much.

Thank you.

Hayley x
