September 2021 – Bobby Jack, 7 ½ months

It was so lovely seeing cheeky little Bobby and his lovely mum & dad again. I first met Bobby’s parents at their maternity session. I then photographed Bobby himself for the first time when he was 11 weeks old, just after lockdown.

 

Bobby was so much fun and such a little ray of sunshine. Just look at those smiles! And the sweetest dimples you’ve ever seen!

 

 

 

You’re all getting a sneaky peak into the future here as you can see Bobby’s finalised set of three 26×26″ frames including his 12 month session too! But for his second frame, after this session, his mum and dad decided on the beautiful Seasons Frame.

 

The reason his parents loved the Seasons Frame so much was because they didn’t have one particular photo that was their very favourite, they loved them all equally. Because of this, they wanted them to be the same size and not too small. The Seasons Frame was the perfect option for this as it held four 9 x 9″ photos, a similar size to the larger of the photos in their Melody Frame from Bobby’s newborn session.

 

So, we’d decided on the layout, and we already knew we wanted the same size and moulding as Bobby’s newborn frame. So, finally, the last stage of design was mocking up their frame digitally until we settled on four of their favourite photos. We made sure to choose favourites, but photos that balanced and worked perfectly together in each of the corners. 

 

And doesn’t it just look beautiful? 🤍
